In his Co-Lab talk, Michael Winnick (Dscout founder and CEO) explored a powerful shift in mindset for researchers and insights professionals: moving from a world of trade-offs (“or”) to one of possibilities (“and”).

Using the ampersand as a metaphor, Michael challenged the field to reimagine long-held binaries—quant or qual, speed or depth, innovation or integrity—and asked what might be possible if we embraced both.
